Placing an order implies acceptance of these conditions:

1. Payment systems:

1.1 Cash on delivery

At the customer's choice, cash on delivery can be made, which entails an expense of €2.95 (up to 70 euros). If the total amount exceeds 70 euros, the expense would be 5% of the reimbursement value. The payment of the total amount will be made in cash at the time of delivery of the order through the transport company. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla we do not have this service.

1.2 Transfer or account deposit

If you choose to pay by transfer / bank deposit (at no additional cost on our part), you will receive an e-mail along with the confirmation of your order indicating the account number to which to make the transfer in the name of TUCUMAN .

Check that your name and surnames appear in the subject, and please make the transfer / deposit within FIVE days from the order in order to validate it. It will not be considered valid until our bank confirms that the deposit has been made. At the user's choice, payment can be made by credit card using the secure payment gateway system of BANCO POPULAR -4B.

2. Shipping methods and delivery times

TUUCUMANAVENTURA sends through different transport agencies, although it reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company through which it is made depending on the place of destination.

2.1 Collection at our facilities.

It is not possible to pick up by hand or consult our facilities for logistical and organizational reasons. We will always give you the best service by phone, e-mail or chat.

2.2 Shipping

The following conditions will apply for the Iberian Peninsula (including Portugal) and the Balearic Islands:

For provincial capitals 6.95 euros.

- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.. 8.95. In these populations the shipment can take up to 14 days.

- Please, if you need it URGENT or for a specific day or you need a more specific delivery time, do not click on this option since the management of the order is not a priority and the observations are valid only for urgent orders (This option is not valid for more than two products or products that have volume such as sleeping bags, backpacks, tents, stoves, trekking poles...). Tucuman can vary this economic size when the conditions are not met. Delivery times are estimates, we try to meet them but in no case are we responsible for the delay in the delivery of an order nor can the client request any type of compensation.

PAYMENT METHODS:

a) Cash on delivery. 2.95 euros up to 70 euros.

b) Bank transfer/account deposit: free from some entities and in general through online electronic banking. Another advantage of this system is that the shipment would be faster, once the deposit is verified in our bank.

c) By credit card:

The shipment will leave once we review if there is stock, confirming by both parties the order the next business day of the confirmation of the order and proof of deposit in our bank.

For orders abroad, the cost is usually €26.90. But check the exact rate in each country.

For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and abroad, the expenses of Dua, customs, taxes at destination or any that are not paid in advance are borne by the buyer.

3. Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 days, counting from the delivery date, to return it. As long as they are not personalized products, custom orders or requested by the client and that are not in immediate stock or products that could not be changed for hygiene reasons. If you want to make a return or exchange, check the following points beforehand:

The product must be in perfect condition, with its labels and in its original packaging. It is very important that you return the product to us to exchange or return perfectly packed. In the event that it is damaged due to improper packaging, we will not be able to accept the return.

If the return or exchange is the result of an error in the preparation of the order by our sales team, the shipping costs will be paid for TUCUMANAVENTURA in its entirety. Otherwise, the shipping costs must be paid by the customer. However, it is necessary to have a return number at tucuman@tucumanaventura.com to know where to send it or if you have any other questions that may arise.</ p>

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, TUCUMANAVENTURA will accept the return of the product and the new product requested will be shipped.

Tucuman does not admit any responsibility regarding the misuse of a product, being responsible when the client authorizes the sending of any type of erroneous information, if any. Although we keep our stock updated, in the event that there is no product due to lack of stock, we will refund the money for the product that cannot be supplied or we will talk to you if you want to replace it with another.

The colors that appear in the products may vary in tone even from one size to another, not considering this a production fault.

We do not accept returns for custom-made products or orders that are not in stock.
